Zach Home From Argentina

Leslie's brother Zach just got home from his mission in Argentina. He served for two years and came home to a much bigger family. He got three new nieces while he was gone. He loved his mission and was a wonderful missionary. We all missed his very much and are so happy to see him home.

BoDeNs BiRtHdAy

February 25 our boy turned 4 years old. We had a great day. His birthday was at the Outer Limits (an arcade party place). We ate pizza there, and the kids played in a big jungle gym. A lot of family members were there and a LOT of cousins. Boden loved every minute of it. He is such a good boy and makes us laugh every single day. Thank you to everyone that came, and thank you for all the gifts.

These girls spent the day together. They played, giggled, ate, slept, and shopped with their Mommy's. They were very good girls, and very cute.

Backwards Day!

Boden loves preschool. His teacher Miss Sherry does lots of fun, sometimes crazy things. Boden laughed his head off today because it was backwards day at school, and they got to wear their clothes on backwards. He thoght that was so funny. They also had school backwards, like saying the pledge of allegiance last instead of first. He is such a kick in the pants.

Snow Day

Monday school was cancelled for Marley and we thought this would be a good day to go sledding. It was sooo cold and windy. Piper hated it so she and I sat it the car and watched everyone. Boden was crazy. He would go down the hill, crash and think that was so funny. He loved wearing his dads goggles too. Marley had a great time also going with aunt Stacy and her dad.

Double Trouble: Meet Butch and Buzz

My computer hasn't been working for a few days, and I have been dying to blog this. Boden and his cousin Dylan are pure trouble when they are together. Last Sunday, these boys were supposed to be playing in the toy room. Well, Doug (Dylan's dad) heard the vacuum on downstairs, and went to go check it out. What he saw was Boden and Dylan vacuuming their freshly cut hair off their shirts. Next thing I hear is Doug yelling "Candace and Leslie you better get down here....now!" So we took the boys upstairs to take their picture first (I am a blogger, you know) and then gave them the lecture on how it is very naughty to cut your own hair. The first picture is Bo's scared face because he knows he is in trouble.

This is after the hair cut. At first Boden was really sad,

he loved his hair, and getting it combed.

PIPER

My friend Ad is a photographer and loves to take pictures. This day she had a cancellation and called me to see if she can take Pipers. She took so many cute pictures that is was so hard to choose. She has a new photo blog at http://www.capturedbyadrianne.blogspot.com/.

Rexburg Temple

On Tuesday we went to the Rexburg LDS Temple open house and got to walk through it. The Kids thought it was so neat, and loved it. Marley's favorite part was the baptismal font. Boden's favorite was all the stairs that we had to climb, and the room with the animals painted on the wall. Piper's was the big chandelier, she said "so pretty". I loved being with my family in the temple and knowing that we are an eternal family and will be together always.

The girls decided it would be a great day to make cookies because cousin Lilly came over to play for the day. They had so much fun decorating and tasting each color of frosting.

Hair Cut

I finally decided to cut my hair, and give it to locks of love. My sister Stacy went with me, she was getting her hair done at the same time. Laura the hairstylist let Stacy cut off my ponytail.
I was excited for the change, but sad to see my long ponytail gone. My ponytail measured 15 inches. Wow!
